NMG is seeking an organized, kind, independently-driven person to help out with the preparation, correspondence, and general production of NMG2023! • Can accommodate working within the structure of firm deadlines

  • Is fluent within G Suite tools (gmail, gcal, google docs, sheets, etc)

  • Is fluent within social media platforms (FB, IG, Twitter)

  • Is comfortable with the mechanics of remote meetings through Zoom

  • Is knowledgeable of and passionate about a music-making community

  • Is comfortable with and excited for organizing production details and conducting ongoing conversations with a wide diversity of music makers and thinkers

We'd be extra-excited to consider someone who has experience with one or more of the following:

  • Live sound production

  • Arts documentation (recording/photography/etc)

  • Producing live events

  • Graphic Design / Editing

This Internship:

  • Will require an average of 1-2 hours of work per week

  • Will be entirely remote until June 2023, when physical attendance will be required from June 20-June 25, 2023, in Portland, Oregon. (Travel expenses, if accrued, will be covered by NMG during this time)

  • Will offer a stipend of $1500

  • Will span from early January through early July, 2023.
